This was very helpful in proving a couple cases of folks wearing unauthorized Sapper Tabs and clearing others accused of wearing unauthorized Tabs who in fact were Tabbed. <br />Try contacting the courses proponent office. I went down to the school and they were able to provide me a copy four years later. I would imagine that most schools can. Your best bet is to contact the schools directly and see what they can do. I have had to call schools in the past to verify if Soldiers have graduated or to receive copies of Airborne and Ranger certificates. Additionally, your OMPF should have most of your records, if it is up to date. One trick I have done over the last decade is to have a hard copy I love me book, and then a digital I love me book on my computer. This is a backup and speeds up everything when my unit or S1 needs something for whatever purpose. I scan in schools, orders, annual training, receipts during tdy/pcs, etc. The more info saved, the better.
