Do anyone understand the RAMP process and how it is really supposed to work?

I talked with a VA respresentative today who stated my appeal is awaiting a 2nd signature which has been in this stage since January 24, 2019. Not to mention my initial filed date was August 13, 2018 which puts me well over the 125 days mark. I do not understand how the RAMP program is supposed to be better when it’s in the same phase online stating Gathering Evidence but nothing is being requested by doctors or myself. Just do not understand how the VA handle claims. They cannot never give you any details of how why it takes so long for someone to provide a signature.

The ramp process is supposed to speed up the claims but they still cannot give you a a date or anything the good thing is that it does speeded up from where it's at but the bad thing is is that you can lose your appeals in the process soyou take a chance when you use the ramp there trying to make everybody use it but I have an appeal right now that I chose not to use the ramp and it's been since 2017 so it's just a waiting game brother

If it is still in the gathering evidence stage, hopefully you've been continuing treatment for your consitions, upload those docs online, or submit them to the RO.

Guess it wasn't that successful.
RAMP was discontinued on February 15, 2019, ahead of full implementation of the Appeals Modernization Act.

The way I understand the RAMP program is this, after you file your claim and you are turned down, then you file an appeal and you agree to the RAMP program your telling the same people that turned you down the first time to look at it again, and more than likely turn you down again.

Trust !e, NOVA, aside from the major vet groups, as well as law school vet law clinics, is the top ofmte food chain for VA disabiloty claims stuff in the US, we used them after a major vet group did their nest for us, however, my stuff was way too much for them to deal with, outpr NOVA guy did 3 yrs active, his son is still in, he had 35-40 yrs VA experience, and knew more about it than God...fall their off check their search engine...we paid a $500 consult, fed him paper, he got the third or fourth the law allowed by VA that he was entitled to, and saved our Bacon, all their people are good, the best, the equal of the major vet groups and law schools, do exactly what they tell you, you'll soon see why God invented attorneys, as we soon learned, promise, if you wanna chat, I'm here, OK?

And RAMP, I don't explicitly know, however, they will, I assure you, it might be some new expedited claim sthing I'd heard got passed in 2017, just trust me, and trust them, OK?

My appeal has said the same thing for 8 months, still says being reviewed, nothing has changed.
