Do any current or former Drill Sergeants have a memorandum template or example for the exchange of uniforms at end of DS duty?

I'm serving in Operations and was told my a Drill Sergeant who is getting ready to PCS that he is authorized to exchange all of his old uniform items for new ones. I need a memorandum template so I can help this DS out. Can anyone help?

Perhaps call your servicing CIF and see if they have one? That's what I think I'd try.

If they were issued OCPs when I processing post and it is on their COF record no memo is required. But it has to be on the clothing record.

Here is a nice beginning... A simple search on the internet and found this one for you. To be a good NCO - learn how to do some research. Do NOT follow suit of some of the lazy RP’ers! Your troops will depend on you down the road for the answer and your officers will respect you more when you have the answer in black and white, e.g., a policy/directive from higher!

Read sections 7.C, 8, 9 & 10 if you or any other NCOs have questions, give DA a call, explain the situation, they provided you a number - call! If you look at the DTG, some of them might be PCSd or retired, so expected the unexpected when you call!
