Digitally storing your "I love me wall"? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/digitally-storing-your-i-love-me-wall <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Last week I started scanning the contents of my "I love me" wall/book/etc, so that if anything ever happened to them, I would have a copy.<br /><br />For those less familiar with the term, an "I love me" book is the actual award certificates, documents, and proof of what you did, above and beyond your record book. It's the "nice" things they give you, as compared to two line entry in your SRB with a date of completion. It's also what proves you have it, when things get lost.<br /><br />Mine included little things like my first Honorable Discharge Cert, and my Reenlistment Cert. You get the idea. So I scanned those in, popped them on a thumbdrive, and shoved that in a fire safe.<br /><br />But is there a better way to store it?<br /><br />Does anyone know of a "service" where we can place these. Several of us have mentioned losing military memories previously, and it would be great to have some sort of cloud repository for these items. Many of them can be replaced, as they are standard forms, especially if you have the original verbiage, and the signatory name.<br /><br />What are your thoughts? Don't want to lose that!<br /><br />Amazon is being considered to hold the government's data and has a reasonable rate for personal use as well. Good place to start.
