I am qualified to apply for disability (in addition to my current minor award) due to my stopping in Saigon for a couple of days. Even made rounds as SP with the military component of S. <br />VN. IMO, we need to weed out the unsubstantiated claims more vigorously and seriously focus on those with related medical conditions, when they are identified.
