Are the people doing it trying to be assholes? Yes. Does it piss me off? Yes
However it is their right to do so, and by giving them no reaction we are not giving them the reaction they want. They want attention to draw to their cause, don't give it to them. Ignore them.
We all swore to protect and defend the constitution. The Flag may be a symbol of this country, however the constitution protects people to say and do things we find offensive as long as no ones property, or person are injured.
