What is being avoided here is that the Russians are no longer engaged in a combat activity if Syria, they have recalled all of their aircraft, turned over the airbase at Hemayneen to Syria, the Syrians are flying Mig 21's, Mig 23's and Mi 24 (early version with the side mounted 30mm or 23mm canons0 and have moved all remaining Russian troops all forces to the Port of Tartus or Latikia, the exception are Speteyna, CMON and a diplomatic security force and are putting to gather a Mediterranean Fleet around the carrier Admiral Kuznetsov which is under going anti aircraft testing in the White Sea. The Russian left Syria about a week and a half ago. The expected Russian Naval Infantry Coastal Defense Brigade to be post in the ports of Tartus and Lakitia will be the 810th Special Motorized Naval Infanty Brigade recently stationed in the Crimea. Additional Infantry battalions will come from the Caspian 77. Special Naval Infantry which has currently 6 infantry battalions assigned to it, the normal is two Motorized Infantry battalions.
