I do not understand the family holding up the burial for a murder investigation and waiting for an apology from the Chinese or North Korean governments? It is well-known (I suppose only within military circles) that war crimes were committed on UN forces on a regular basis who were captured. After 60 years there would be no way of finding out whether Chinese or North Korean forces captured him much less who was responsible for committing the war crime. Perhaps I missed the paragraph that explained why the family kept holding up his funeral?Response by SPC William Weedman made Nov 28 at 2015 6:15 PM2015-11-28T18:15:00-05:002015-11-28T18:15:00-05:00LCDR Rabbah Rona Matlow1137557<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Until they all come home...Response by LCDR Rabbah Rona Matlow made Nov 28 at 2015 8:38 PM2015-11-28T20:38:47-05:002015-11-28T20:38:47-05:00LTC John Mohor3754914<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Although two years later reading this it's still a story worth honoring and remembering!Response by LTC John Mohor made Jun 30 at 2018 12:45 AM2018-06-30T00:45:04-04:002018-06-30T00:45:04-04:00SGT Mary G.8476468<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="138758" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/138758-col-mikel-j-burroughs">COL Mikel J.
