Very irritating to hear those complaining about things federally and local when they haven’t exercised their civic duty. And yes your vote can make a difference! Remember you are voting from the top all the way down to your local government!

I wish more people really understood the importance of voting. It is the easiest way to do your part to ensure we do our best to ensure the most qualified leaders are in place.

I was at the polls shortly after they opened and the line was very short. The voting is going on at the school next door to me and they are in the road waiting to get in for a parking place now. This will probably be a record turnout for a mid-term election.
