Did you expect Donald Trump to actually keep this promise of building a wall?

Of course the promise to build a GREAT WALL got this person elected. He has been blowing smoke for years and many were blinded by it. Well, here you go. More wasted money from the tax payers.
Do we really need a commander and chief who has no idea how politics works? A man who makes outrageous promises.

I expected Democrats to respect the election result, but that's not happening. If the wall is at least doubled on the length it is today, it would make a huge difference and redirect drug trafficking to our CBP officers advantage.

Sgt Steven Thomas - You got dat shit right. The drugs keep that urban chaos and poverty going at a level which keeps their enslaved voter base right where they want 'em

Wouldn't all these articles qualify as "micro aggressions"? It's rich how Liberals call for war against bullying, bigotry, micro aggressions, single mindedness, etc. Then they become what they hate the most.

SCPO Don Groves - You nailed it. Thank you.
Trump and Sessions are wise. The FBI already has them in the gunsights.
As far as all that goes I think that a number of things are in order.
Tell BHO to back off, shut his mouth and PEN down..and hope that we simply mark him down as POTUS 44 and leave it at that.
The Clintons on the other hand. They should have every dime they have stripped away and be strongly encouraged not to leave the country upon potential revocation of their rights to return.

SCPO Don Groves - I think it is extremely important for the Democratic Party "Leadership?" to keep on just like they are. It is imperative that they do as much possible damage to themselves as possible. As long as we are able to continue goading them into flying their freak flag higher and higher...becoming more and more out of tune with reality and waking up more of their basically habitual voters to the real evil and insanity at the core of the party leaders values....well rock on.
I am from North Dakota, Heidi Heitkamp was elected senator..democrat.. a few years ago She got in off votes from the unfortunately large snowflake crowd at my end of the state ..the universities are here as well as Microsoft..(always sounded more like a sexual complaint than a corporation to me).. Her platform was to be shrill about the dangers of "fracking"... hogwash.. As soon as she was elected she tried to tax the hell out of the oil companies in ND.. They stopped drilling for three weeks...she was lucky to keep her job.
Now she is signing on and voting for whatever the new administration goes for.
Of course they got drilling started overnight again by putting the go on THE Dakota access pipeline. In a state that went 67% Republican she at least seems to want to be employed in two more years.

SCPO Don Groves - Absolutley, I may even create a false identity and register as a democrat. Persistently Whining seems like a good enough non de plume.
I will donate heavily towards all advocating insane and continuous resistance to progressive reform.. Why not? It sounds like fun shoveling the earth out from under them at both ends...all the while stockpiling the tailings for the dozer to push into the hole when they fall in.

SCPO Don Groves - I honestly don't think that the democrats realize that they have not been riding a wave of public support all this time. IMHO they have been riding a wave of kind indulgence from the right. Once they reached the end of their rope.....far too much rope I have learned to my chagrin... instead of pulling up short and smelling the wind.. they have tried to make a noose and have only succeeded in pulling it tight around their own necks. The message that most will not even bother to help and will in fact enjoy watching them strangle themselves does not seem to have caught on yet.
Conservatives bear watching...that is my duty as a citizen and I am willing to,do so.
I will not let my ..frankly outright hatred.. of the leftists keep me from doing so. No proper American would. That is not what the authors of the constitution intended.
Yet I would be lying to say that it will take a lot of liberal blood in the streets before I am willing to cry off of their persecution.

Capt Gregory Prickett - they did not spawn in North America. Maybe proto -indigenous people from 10k b.c. were sailors like the Polynesian people?

I still think we should build a bridge even if it was disfavored at one point. With a Republican administration which is completely in league with the Kremlin I am sure we can work something out.

LTC (Join to see) - Why not? Salmon spawn in North America, why not Asian immigrants? Who knows? Spawning might be the next big trend..sounds kind of fun....perhaps they were fleeing Russian bears who preyed upon them while they were spawning? It IS entirely possible that the Russian bears had snuck across the Bering land bridge prior to its closure and subsequent demolition unbeknownst to the Asians who sailed across the chain of mountains left where the land bridge may have been...It is also possible that they were simply strong swimmers.

Capt Gregory Prickett - And who says they walked? If there were bears after them they may have run very quickly indeed. The bears were certainly quite persistent which may very well explain how so many of the Asian peoples who crossed the Bering land bridge or island chain actually ended up in South America. Perhaps the bears were simply to wide to make it across the ismuth of Panama....of course it hadn't been named Panama at that time since Theodore Roosevelt had not yet discovered it.

Seems like very few people make it very far into Area 51, is there a wall or fence? People have been more successful in getting past the White House fence. Awww if fences and walls don't work why does the White House have one? Now if Hadrian can get a wall across Britain I think Trump can get one across the southern US.

Here's how you pay for it.
1)Take the cost of detaining and deporting one illegal alien, then multiply it by ten. Deduct that money from the foreign aid package of the country the illegal alien came from AND do the same for the country whose border with us that he/she crossed. Do that for every illegal alien. I do not know the actual cost per illegal alien, but I am a Marine so let's use easy numbers.
Example: 1 illegal alien from El Salvador crosses the Mexican border with the US. The associated costs with detaining and deporting are $10,000. $100,000 from El Salvador's foreign aid package. $100,000 from Mexico's foreign aid package. $200,000 for the wall.
2)Then fine every employer who hires an illegal alien five times the illegal aliens annualized wages and cost of benefits or three times the poverty level income for the illegal aliens household. Plus 1 year in prison for the employer, for each illegal employee, to be served consecutively.
Example: Bruce Springsteen hires three illegal aliens. 1 Gardener (Jamaican), 1 maid (Haitian), and 1 chauffer (Chilean). The total compensation package including cost of benefits is $40,000 per employee. Three employees X $40,000ea X 5. Mr. Springsteen pays $600,000 fine and spends three years in prison. The Jamaican and Haitian came here legally but over stayed their visas $100,000 from Jamaica and Haiti each. The Chilean crossed the border illegally from Canada. $100,000 from Chile's foreign aid package, $100,000 from Canada's foreign aid package (can't collect if they don't get any aid, but they do) Total $1,00,000 for the wall.
Illegal Aliens find it impossible to earn a living in the US and self deport.
Mexico and Canada build their own walls. Priceless

Maj John Bell - All of that happens to them on the trek, then they get here and are treated as less than human. In a country that prides itself on being a nation of immigrants. My point is there are better ways to solve this problem than having a mass deportation force. What POTUS 45 is doing now may be unconstitutional and dangerous.

CPT Adam P. - Treated as less than human by who? The human predators certainly. The compassionate "trap baiters"; well..., they're just accomplices to robbery, rape, murder and enslavement.
I do not mind if my grandchildren have candy. But if someone lures them out onto a busy road by throwing candy on the road. And my Grandchildren acquire the candy by reckless risk, am I treating them as less than human, if I take the candy from them? Or am I teaching them that they cannot profit from stupid risk?
Are the people who throw the candy worthy of my hostility to their thoughtlessness, ignorance and evil? Those that offer legal residency, citizenship, or anchor baby status are committing evil whether they are astute enough to recognize it or not?

CPT Adam P. - Never say never, but I consider it unlikely that the United States will become a majority Muslim, secular Constitutional, representative Republic without a Constitutional amendment. I suspect that 100+ years from now the United States will have a Latino majority. According to the US Census Bureau they have a substantially higher birth rate and a substantially higher legal immigration rate. I do not think that is a threat to American government and culture; despite what the media likes to portray, no demographic is monolithic in its culture or voting practices.

Yep, he'll secure the border by building a wall were appropriate and sensors where it isn't. He'll work with congress to transfer a portion of import tariffs, in order to pay for it over time. I'm an engineer, and this is very basic construction. Contractors do this work all the time along interstates. Put 20 contractors in 20 section runs, and you will be stunned at how fast it goes up.

Yes, this is obviously true..yet of course Trump had to create a vision of a wall for many of us deplobls..deportables?... err..not good people? To envision since our red necks couldn't simply envision the efficacy of a barbed wire wire fence...I mean why do you think it is still against the law in Texas to walk around with a pair of wire cutters in your back pocket? If we refuse to learn from the past we will not survive the future...it is entirely possible that the concealed carry law in Texas is a cleverly disguised leftist plot to allow the traitors to walk around carrying fence cutters undetected...anybody ever think of that?

It's been downgraded to a fence. Maybe that will make it more affordable? I'm sure it will be a very.. nice fence.. Lol

You guys do realize that the Obama administration counted people who were stopped at the border and turned back as "deportations don't you? Figures don't lie but liars figure!

How deplorable of you! I am proud of your patriotism sir.
I think there should be a deplorables division in the marine corp..
Sort of like the Republican Guard... indeed the new administration should certainly be willing to start a Republican Guard division...It could easily defeat the democrat Guards who after all will only be able to attack so far with Prius and Toyotas. Their refusal to build new refineries will hamstring any efforts to create a reliable fuel supply for themselves... besides the wax required to make crayons will be controlled by Republican refineries and can easily be cut off.

Here's one for ya ta chew on.. I'm sure your aware of all the new truck regs regaurding hours of service that get pushed in under the guise of safety......an utter lie.
The regs are actually designed to push these punks out there now to work MORE hours than they would....otherwise you end up with a million young bums out there using up a companies capital and resources as dead weight.. There has always been a need to keep truck drivers wages quite low.....nobody would put in the hours if they were making a decent living at it in 40 hours.. The double whammy on that is since 1932 the laws have stated that trucking companies do not have to pay drivers for overtime....and if nothing else that is why per mile still prevails..they do not have to pay them for sitting around waiting..they do not have to pay them for staying out on the road to get a weekly reset of their hours. Safety has nothing to do with it. Getting the little bums to actually work is what it's all about...if they are monitored 24/7 then the company can always be cracking the whip on them 14 hours a day..
Don't believe what your government tells you.

SCPO Don Groves - Out where...and when..I work ''tis only the fool that doesn't have one on the truck he owns. It pretty much a guarantee that you will nail a deer a year. The things are very expensive but paid for with one use. They also save lives. That extra axle is use to carry more weight but it is self castering...it turns with the truck..I have three friends who..are very lucky..that blew steer tires with the pusher down. Every one end up in the ditch on their sides, with full loads of gas or diesel on. When you blow,a steer, with the pusher down you CANNOT outsteer the pusher. The herd bumper will keep the deer from wrapping the regular bumper around the steer tire and blowing it...
Back in the day guys would take off their regular bumper and bolt a couple two by 12"s back to back on the front.. at least the deer would bounce off or at worst crack the lumber
