1SG Joe Messier whenever a discussion about how a 300 APFT makes you better Soldier or anything related to APFT Score/Soldier Greatness I think about this guy we have in our BN. He's a beast! However, he has managed to get 4 Articles 15 referrals, just 1 went through. His physical fitness and all the praise he got because of it got to his head and he thought he was untouchable. Too sad, he could be a great leader if he gets his stuff together.

I definitely had "THAT GUY." Especially on my last deployment before I retired! As far as I know, he's still in the Navy so I'll leave it at that...
