They say thank you for your service. Not knowing how daily that service truly is, and can be a great burden. How about holding a job fair and hiring more veterans, they are good workers and may have a family to support.Did You Decorate for Halloween, Will You Decorate for Veterans Day ?2015-10-26T15:10:26-04:00James Mendenhall1067280<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Often people go from Halloween to Thanksgiving, so fast they forget Veterans Day, except maybe a parade or flag. Once 31st October is over then everything reverts back as if nothing had happened & stores with stock left over start the sales at half price etc. The whole celebration doesn't really interfere with Veterans/Armistice day, it is celebrated (is that the right word?) throughout towns, villages & churches nationwide - the laying of wreaths, moments of silence & the shedding of a tear, decoration is minimal apart from the poppies & veterans proudly showing their medals.Response by Chris Nye made Oct 27 at 2015 9:37 AM2015-10-27T09:37:53-04:002015-10-27T09:37:53-04:00Lester Warburton1074357<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hello James. If you want to spread the word around; I can't offer any one a job, but I would be willing to share a way that could help vets support their families regardless of their present military status. They can contact me here or via email@ [login to see] . Tell them to reference this response please.Response by Lester Warburton made Oct 29 at 2015 12:07 PM2015-10-29T12:07:27-04:002015-10-29T12:07:27-04:002015-10-26T15:10:26-04:00
