Thy are more interested in themselves and their cronies staying in office that what is best for the country. Plain and simple.<br /><br />I have no doubt, at all, that the release of SGT Tahmooressi was timed to get favorable "air time" for the Democrats before the election. I believe, however, that it may have backfired on the administration because it simply served to highlight that they have done nothing about it to this point.
