To be honest, I am not sure CSM Michael J. Uhlig. The video seems too well captured for a chance video and the way she appears to bang into the door is just too perfect.
My wife who speaks fluent Spanish, frequently gets upset with the results of restaurant workers who can't seem to get even drink orders correctly. My wife does not confront them and when I do I do my best to be respectful.

Obviously the woman was having a bad day, or maybe she is just a jerk. Either way, she doesn't have license to go psycho because her "children don't eat green!" What kind of an example does she set for her children when they get upset? Okay, now that I am finished with trying to be rational, that was funny!

It is always frustrating when you order something politely, and it comes out wrong. I feel pretty certain that it may have been ordered in the same condescending tone that it was complained about. "this is America, you get it right"...what a (insert expletive here). She was just looking for an argument. Was nice, when she couldn't get the door...

It may be just me, but I Kinda gave her points for being upset about the English speaking issue, I feel it totally rude for someone to want to come into this country or any country for that matter and not learn the language or complain about someone in another language, to me its just cowardice and shows lack of respect to the host nation. I was able to speak 5 different languages when I was done with my time in service...OK 6 if you count Pig Latin and 7 if you count Jibberish. You get my point...I hope.

She definitely had a point. She said that she ordered it with red pepper versus green pepper. If that's true then the cooks did f**k up.
Also she has a point that the workers should speak English. I know that in the Navy we had an English only policy. Call me insensitive if you wish, but I believe that the workers were probably talking about her and thought they were being slick by speaking in their native language.

But, she should not have gotten that upset about it. When I order food and it comes to me not the way I ordered it, I ask for an explanation and also ask that they fix it or give me my money back.
