It may be just me, but I Kinda gave her points for being upset about the English speaking issue, I feel it totally rude for someone to want to come into this country or any country for that matter and not learn the language or complain about someone in another language, to me its just cowardice and shows lack of respect to the host nation. I was able to speak 5 different languages when I was done with my time in service...OK 6 if you count Pig Latin and 7 if you count Jibberish. You get my point...I hope. the door thing and attitude...totally deserved it !!!

There is no reason for her to be such a bitch about it.

The workers did the right thing...remain calm and not react to her insults. Good for them!
