As a PTSD sufferer, I can tell you that it is true that having a sense of purpose is very important to your everyday life. Some days you absolutely have to search for that reason to get out of bed, and get yourself moving, but only by doing so can you start to live again. I appreciate, and respect, Hank Goff's resilience and drive in dealing with his problems !! It is a good lesson for all who suffer from PTSD !!
