What does WOUC OFC OF PM MW mean on a DD-214 (line 8.a)?

I'm trying to help a buddie with his disability and a question came up. On his DD-214 form under line 8.a Last Duty Assignment and Major Command it lists WOUC OFC OF PM MW. Anyone know what that means?

MW is the Major Command code (MW is the two letter code for the Military District of Washington).

As to what "WOUC OFC OF PM" is ... OFC is short for Office, so you have

WOUC Office of PM

The rest is beyond me, but obviously it's going to be what his last assignment was (he can't remember)?
(wild guesses here ... PM = Provost Marshal? Program Management?
