Uhlig546077<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Goes back to that thing we call the Creed of the Non Commissioned Officer SFC Seaton.....I know my Soldiers and will always place their needs above my own.<br /><br />There is a way around having to do this yourself, it is something we are all required to do and that is to develop our subordinates so that they have the institutional knowledge to take care of their subordinates but also that they can take our place.Response by CSM Michael J.
