You can find your transcripts through JST. Just Google it, as I don't have the exact address. Now if you are trying to use your military ed for civilian transcripts, then your best bet is to go through AMU. They will analyze your JST transcript and give you civilian education for it... for free. It takes a few weeks ad cost 5 bucks to get an unofficial transcript. Once you get the transcript take it to S1 and they will add it to your PPW.
