Luckily not at the same time. Did weight rehabilitation to build them back up. They still pop out on occasion. I just pop it back in and keep going. I'm doing what I can to keep active outside of agitating the recovery for the shoulder. I'm still getting used to how my bicep looks now (part of the surgery process, relocation of the bicep tendon), as it looks much larger than before. I need to do more curls with the left arm to catch up. Sigh - the search for the perfect body never ends.

On a serious note - I hope you recover quickly and fully, as I know what a pain it is and how long of a road it is to be back to 100%. I caught up on a lot of professional reading. If you can type with one hand/arm you can read with just one. In the middle of the night when the pain creeps in nothing else worked to distract me. Good luck with the recovery. Just don't tell the physical therapist you are not worried about pain levels during your rehab; that is a mistake you only make once! Then share it all with your spouse and make sure he/she's on board. Funny thing is I'd get smashed up at about the right frequency to make the timing to do that about right.
