I always recommended people sign up for it to receive the weekly emails that were fully of new policy and regulation updates. It kept me informed of regulation changes so I was able to push out current information. With electronic publications it seems easier for the Army to update policies and regulations and if you aren't aware of the changes you can be preaching out of an outdated regulation. This site has also been useful for getting information and reading responses from others; it has helped me in my leadership roles.Response by MSG Lance Kelly made Jul 23 at 2017 3:38 PM2017-07-23T15:38:21-04:002017-07-23T15:38:21-04:00LTC Jason Mackay2759528

Being in an HR Company is a challenge as you are the only one around your immediate area. Recommend you call 22HR 4STB 4th SB, 4th ID at Carson. We got them from Lewis and had to rebuild somethings. The STB CDR being a senior HR guy, took it by the horns and got them to ready to deploy within 6 months, for back to back postal missions.

So two immediate things for you: learn your craft, learn your people. Recommend you look at the MTP and doctrine for a Postal Company so you are conversant. Second, learn the tasks for your Platoon.Response by LTC Jason Mackay made Jul 23 at 2017 8:07 PM2017-07-23T20:07:47-04:002017-07-23T20:07:47-04:002017-07-23T09:08:01-04:00
