One thing that transcended every workplace was the posting of Dilbert cartoon panels on virtually every cubicle, office, and breakroom. Also as ubiquitous was the fact that bosses invariably stopped to chuckle at each (even though they were the butt of the joke). Is it the same in military posts today?
