See the RAND Corporation site where medical professionals attribute over 60% of PTSD to sleep disorders among returning deployed, and when CPAP was added, their nightmares were mostly eliminated which was a complete surprise outcome, read the articles for the facts and consider more attention to sleep disorder research and participation now

Mark, thanks for the post, half my childhood was on in San Diego, CA (as an Army Brat the other half was elsewhere); I retired on the east cost of FL. I've never learned to surf believe it or not, but after reading you post maybe I need to get my head out of my ____ and start.
