Yes, you -- the one with the huge smile pasted to your face as you congratulate your peers who have been selected for Chief.<br />C'mon over here and sit down so we can chat. You see, I've been in your shoes. I was in your shoes seven times, so I know the pain you're feeling inside. Yeah, I know, you're laughing and joking and carrying on, because you really do want to be happy for your friends, but inside, your gut feels like it's been tied in knots.<br />I know it sucks right now, but believe me when I tell you that the pain will go away.<br />Until then, shipmate, hang in there, and keep fighting the good fight."
