Thanks, I made it 92Y #192. Wouldn't have made it this far with out my soldiers and the awesome leadership I have had throughout my career. Congrats to all others who were selected as well!!!

Congrats to all of you that made it. For the ones that didn't, stay motivated and keep your records updated. Many Soldiers give up at this point. Wondering why they didn't make the list. You could have been the most squared away NCO in your platoon, company, battalion or brigade. Remember, you are going against the entire Army. Attention to detail will set you apart from your peers. Take on jobs that no one else wants, i.e. Drill Sergeant, Recruiter, AIT Platoon Sergeant and even WTU Platoon Sergeant. These jobs, if done correctly, will definietly send you on the road to success. Good Luck!
