Mandatory formation after lunch, my exec has blocked 2 hrs for us in the auditorium. What are the Top 3 things you always dread so deeply that you wish you’d taken that leave to stay with your in-laws? What are the Top 3 things you actually secretly look forward to? If you’ve got the time, I’d love to know why...

Col Casey "Radio" G. Sir, don't tell them what they already know, tell them what they need to hear. Or tell them you perceive X as an issue, and ask them how do YOU ALL want to fix it?
IOW, if you want to talk SHARP or what ever the AF calls it....Dont tell them raping other Airmen is bad...Tell them if you have been a victim or know of a victim, come to me, through the chain of command or knock on my door.
If you want to talk about DUI, dont tell them DUI is wrong, you'll get punished....Tell them what options there are if they seek help before they drive drunk.
What ever the issue is you want to talk about because the command climate survey says it is an issue or your XO says its a downward trend, CID says there is a drug, theft, child porn issue just not yet caught them. Speak to those issues not in the negative thats its wrong They know that. Tell them what they need to hear... the way forward, the way out, your vision of what will = success.
