Like many other DB articles, it reeks of truth. How many of us have tried to take advantage of an "open door" policy only to be asked "Did you speak with your CoC first?"

it is never really an open door policy. They tell you that but when you actually go and talk to someone, they have several people in there on their side, but you can not have anyone with you. You are basically be railroaded and look like you're the bad person that likes to cause trouble.
