Ok...that idea is nuts...and unhealthy. Unless you have a properly certified doctor of medicine giving you orders to do that....DON'T. I don't need to be a doctor to know that...... But I will confess the Van Wilder movie with the "colon blow milkshake" always makes me laugh. Too much of anything could be bad for you. My wife is originally from China and became a citizen the legal way, and she has a very nasty tasting all natural herbs and bark (I call it her poison brew) that helps with night sweats, improves virility in men and women, and naturally cleanses the blood. It is used two times per day two times per week. Also, certain types of juicing with phytonutrients can be very good for cleansing out our systems. The biggest reason our systems need to be cleaned out is because of the never ending sources of poison available in our fast foods and our poor diets. If we increase intake of fresh vegetables and eat organic free range meats then our bodies will be healthier. If you want the name of the bark and roots the boss lady uses, just private message me and I will get her to translate them. You can get them at most Chinese food stores or in China-towns located throughout America!!!!!! Japanese curry can make you sweat! My last physical showed my bad cholesterol way down, good cholesterol up, and blood sugars in the green. Not bad for a fatty. Strangely these uses occur right around PT test and weigh in time. Yes I lose a little extra weight so I'm sure to make my weight (we all know home scales are always different then the ones we use at work). And I feel a little better when I'm running for time....not like I have a brick in my stomach. <br />Does it all really come from the cleanse? Or is it just a mental boost? Idk and I'm not trying to ruin that positive feeling I get from doing it. My wife and I started out every meal for a few weeks and have backed off just to breakfast. We use green leafy vegetables (kale, mustard greens, spinach, etc.), lemon juice, ground flax seed, raspberries, blackberries, banana, strawberries, and either water or soy milk. Keeps the weight down and it helps move things along if you're still holding on to that steak from Veteran's Appreciation Day at Applebee's.
