So the Army has started the CIPP, now I have a few questions that I want to put out there and see what people think. One if during the CIPP how does one adhere to regulations and do they? Also in reference to AR 600-85 or AR 600-9 are they required to do UA or be in accordance with the Body Composition Program also what about APFT and weapons qual? Just some food for thought.

From what I understood when I read up on it you don't have to come in and meet the standard during the time that you are IRR (not to exceed 3 years) but once you return you have to be standard ready and have to serve 2 months for every one month they were IRR. So if they do the whole 3 years they owe the Army 6 years
