While the mass immigration of Chinese people into Africa is stated as being driven by money does this pose a national security risk being that they bring with them a communist ideology. With China's new extended global reach via its soon to be fleet of aircraft carriers is Africa being developed as an economic outpost or is it something much more diabolical a second front from which to attack the Americas. The military aspect could certainly be as big a threat ... I just don't see that now, but the Chinese are very patient people, so maybe it's part of their long-term strategy for the African continent.
