(INSTEAD OF B.C. &amp; A.D.)<br />What is your opinion on this matter?<br />My kids brought stuff from school, and they were talking about BCE &amp; ACE in History. <br />I asked them what it was; they replied with two different answers (one went to Private School, the other Public) One response was Before CHRIST&#39;s Existence and After Christ&#39;s Existence; Public School Before the Common Era, After the Common Era. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The difference between using BC/AD and BCE/CE is immaterial. The years are still numbered the same. Other than the label, its all the same thing. So, this isn&#39;t changing history, it is simply labeling our dates in a non-religious way. Not everyone is a Christian, so changing the label is fine with me.

From a political perspective, it seems like just one more attempt to remove anything &quot;Christian&quot; from our society. One doesn&#39;t need to profess faith in Christ to acknowledge that He existed. So why change it?
