However, I believe that networking is the most important point made. <br /><br />Furthermore, networking doesn't start when you get out of the military. It should be a regular part of your professional life. <br /><br />Websites like RP and LinkedIn facilitate networking and building relationships. I'm a HUGE proponent of both sites. <br /><br />As far as networking goes, make yourself a business card, a business phone contact (that can be shared), a CV and a resume. Pass and share all of these regularly in a professional manner. <br /><br />Connect! Build relationships.... Talk to people and shake hands. Get involved in your community.
