If I can wear a ESB with my CIB I’ll go for a ESB now that I’m not a 11 Series anymore.

It’s been a decade since I’ve added some eye candy on my chest. Lol. Easy on the judgement. I’ve graded many EIB’s I have a head start. Can you wear a ESB with a CIB? 2022-02-27T04:23:59-05:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 7546084

I understand you cannot wear a CIB and a EIB. Even though your not an 11B, You should still wear the CIB proudly. Some of my 11B buddies tell me that their EIB means more to them bc you really have to earn that but the CIB, they said it was easy to get. But when civilians see the CIB they become more attentive to it as they see it as a Badge of Honor. I would still keep those other badges, EIB and ESB for your display. I wore a miniature on my tie which no officer said a thing while with the 8th ID. As previously stated you can’t wear them both at the same time as they are both group 1 special skill/combat badge.

However like myself, you can rock 3 different uniforms. 1 CIB, 1 EIB, 1 ESB. That way you can rotate them out throughout the week and rep them all! I switched over to Engineer when I commissioned so everything I earned as an 11B is still permanently awarded just like you. Next month we start EIB/ESB I’ll pin the silver ESB when I’m grading. Keep those skills sharp and get after it!
