Can you trust Donald Trump?

Can a man who is building his party nomination around instilling fear in Americans be trusted? After watching the news the other day without mentioning the comment of Mr Putin of Russia, I would say it takes a mad man to support another one. If you see what I am referring to! At this time, POTUS seems to have adopted the right attitude in face of some schizophrenic anointed by fear, who are calling for ground troops in Syria, but yet they won't send their own sons and daughters on the battlefield! Pres.Franklin D. Roosevelt once said: "the only thing to fear is fear itself"
The anointing of fear allowed Hitler to rise to power in Germany in 1933!

I would only say this. Apparently FDR thought we had to fear Americans citizens German, Italian, and Japanese descent, and others of those nationalities that were here legally during that period of time, as he ordered that they be rounded up, deprived of their property, imprisoned, and many even deported following the war.... ALL without due process, which is to say, no charges, and no convictions. Sounds like a lot of "fear" WAS going around at the time. Regards.

A student of history, I always wondered how the German people allowed things to get to the point that they did during WWII. Here in America 2015, I no longer wonder... Considering he had no balls, even President Carter banned immigration from Iran during the hostage situation. The media won't show a lot of missing pieces because it doesn't invoke fear because that's what sells.

How can anyone then say that Trump preaches fear? I don't think he's smart enough to recognize the danger and without fear there can be no courage. After all, true courage is doing what is right or needful in spite of fear. Meanwhile, President Obama does nothing right or needful because of his fear. I am sad that President Obama has proven to be the worst coward to ever occupy the White House. He has run away from every battle and allowed others to fight on his behalf, then return to claim the victory. "Obamacare" is his in name only. He quit that fight at the first sign of resistance. The "credit" for that goes to Pelosi and Reid. His most recent "victories", ending the war in Iraq and the unclear nuclear deal with Iran were unconditional surrenders, and yet he claims them as victories. He fears an armed American public more than anything else and will attempt unconstitutional means of disarming us (US). He is the very epitome of fear.

Can a woman who is building her party nomination as if she is heir to that heritage, by lying deceiving, in many times during her lifetime and tenure on many public offices, be trusted. How can her followers be trusted after her blatant campaign against her husband's accusers and her hard choice to stick with the man proven to be a sexual predator and still believe she will stand for women and children? How about this pearl of wisdom, I would imagine that you at least pretend to know the Constitution, and if so, know about article I section 3. HOW ON EARTH DID SHE EVEN CAMPAIGNED AS A SENATOR FOR NY WHILE BEING A RESIDENT IN 1600 PENN. AVE, DC? But I guess you are ok with someone not following the only thing we swore to protect. Carry on.

For me Trump is someone who's not afraid to say what he feels. He don't have to bow down to the big money to support him. I don't believe he is instilling fear, he's just presenting the situations as he see it, and this is the reason for his high level of support - which you can't deny. YOU DONT HAVE TO SELL FEAR WHEN IT ALREADY EXISTS. I dont think Trump is selling fear, he is recognizing it unlike our current POTUS. Obama is trying to twist the fear to his own agenda....gun control. Trump is a person who speaks his mind, has no alternative agenda, and is not at all Poltically Correct which is his best quality. His lack of an internal filter between his brain and his mouth results in many controversial comments but it is also very refreshing in this current culture that has been beaten down by the lefts absurd Political correctness. I have stated this several times in RP and I will say it again: Trump is the monster the Poltically correct left created...its is ironic and it looks like he will be the POTUS, so its also a little like Karma biting the Left in the politically correct ASSSS.

Let us be clear on one thing: I will ONLY vote for Trump if he is the legally selected Republican candidate. My opinion of him is not particularly positive. That said, Trump, on his worst day, would be better than Obummer on his best day, and I'm hard pressed to remember one. Barry Soetero has taken lying and fraud and political corruption to heights never before witnessed.

I'm not sure we can trust any politician, even the ones I like. At this point I think it unlikely that even Donald Trump knows what Donald Trump would do if elected President. He is a wild card, and I don't believe he would be a good President. That said, I don't believe he would be another Hitler... although he might be another Andrew Johnson... the President who pushed back against civil rights and tried to officially make blacks second class citizens after Lincoln was assassinated. Here is a quote from him: "this is a country for white men, and by God, as long as I am President, it shall be a government for white men.”

We've survived racist and bigoted Presidents before, no doubt we could also survive Trump.

I listen to talk radio about 6 hours out of every day and I've bought his "Crippled America" book and have read it. I'm 99% positive that my vote will be cast for him. I'm tired of apologizing for stuff I didn't do. I'm tired of having to worry about offending someone every time I open my mouth. I'm tired of the world looking at us like where a joke. The "I'm tired of" list is very long. I don't like his personality so much, but I do like the message. The world isn't fair, sometimes the answer is not nice, and if we want to keep America we have to gut check ourselves and ask what exactly is it we're doing here. I can't help but think the obvious division this country is experiencing right now hasn't been initiated on purpose. I know nothing about politics, just a regular everyday guy who really doesn't have a clue. I do know this, I love my country and I want my children to experience the same kind of America I did.
