Can you see your restricted fiche folder if you log into iPERMS, or is it not viewable by the soldier?

The article 15 I received five years ago is not in there. According to the article 15 paperwork, it was supposed to be in my restricted folder.

No, you should be able to see it in your restricted folder. I can see mine.

They probably never uploaded it to your file but yes you personally should be able to see it

It all depends on what level the Article 15 was and what rank you were. If it was a company grade and you were an E4 or below then it never gets to your file. It is maintained at the unit until you PCS. Once you leave it is filed in the trash. If you were an NCO or it was field grade it should be viewable.
