I recently found out that the RTI of my new state is fifteen minutes away. If it&#39;s possible, they would know how to do it. In a 30 day time frame until you are supposed to report, my best guess is that it will be next to impossible. In reality, you will probably be better off attending OCS in your former state and then starting the IST process after you commission.
