What is the difference between this course and the "R2C2 Operators" course (below)? Or are they the same thing? If they're the same, we can add those 85 members to this group.

There are four different R2C2 courses that the CEHC offers at Ft. Leonardwood. R2C2 Operator is generally for lower enlisted and it teaches Soldiers how to operate route clearance vehicles such as RG-31, Buffalo, and the Husky. R2C2 Sapper is a course designed for team leader/squad leaders in a coded E8 ASI position. This course teaches about munition and ordnance identification, Talon robot training, and blow-in-place (BIP) procedures. This course is a prerequisite for becoming BIP certified when deploying. R2C2 Maintenance is for your mechanics that are in a route clearance company to get trained on the vehicles as well since they may have not been taught how to maintain these types of vehicle in their AIT. Finally, R2C2 Leader is for platoon sergeants/leaders. This course goes over route clearance tactics and how to utilize your operators, sappers, and maintenance crews. So to answer the original question, no they are not the same and they shouldn't be combined into one group. Hope this helps.
