Can you go to Air Force IDMT (Independent Duty Medical Technican) school without IBT (Immunization Bank-up Technican)?

I am highly motivated to go to IDMT school but don't have IBT. I have been attempting to go for a while but don't have it and have a prior referral EPR. I have done alot to come back from it and have a letter of recommendation from my flight surgeon as well.

Look at AFI 44-103 and talk to your Senior 4N

As far as I know, it is prerequisite to attend the school
