Nor did anyone else that I'm aware of, to date.Response by SCPO Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 6 at 2016 2:09 AM2016-09-06T02:09:15-04:002016-09-06T02:09:15-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member1867107<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you are reserves it would depend on your command and how much money is in the pot. If they want to let you RST part of a drill with a 1380 they can, but they don't have to.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 6 at 2016 10:34 AM2016-09-06T10:34:45-04:002016-09-06T10:34:45-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member1867391<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Commander's call, but yes, official business conducted outside of a scheduled MUTA/whatever can be compensated. I keep a spreadsheet of my hours and what I've accomplished and file for points rather than monetary gain. In the end pints is money towards your retirement. Last year I earned an extra 38 points just for doing my job outside of normal drill weekends.Response by LT Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 6 at 2016 3:43 PM2016-09-06T15:43:57-04:002016-09-06T15:43:57-04:00CW2 Private RallyPoint Member1868375<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Doing things on your own time happens much more frequently as you pick up rank in the reserves. If you can plan ahead of time and get approval for using a 1380 that will be your best course of action, but I haven't seen much success of this as long as I've been in. Once you make SGT you will be able to add your extra time and effort as bullet points on your NCOER.Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 6 at 2016 5:04 PM2016-09-06T17:04:13-04:002016-09-06T17:04:13-04:00LTC Private RallyPoint Member2098928<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>NO.
