I am a member of the Wisconsin National Guard and have been looking into the stipulations and laws on CCW as far as being in the National Guard if I were on duty/orders and where I can/ If I can in uniform etc, anything would be appreciated!

If you are a gun guy you may want to reclassify to MP so you can qualify for a credential under the Law Enforcement Officers Safty Act

While in uniform, you are not authorized to conceal carry without an exemption from the first 2 star general in your command

Sounds like a question to address with your chain of Command in regards to when you are allowed to carry on duty and while on installation. As for reciprocity within other states that would be on you to research the state you are going to but this link will help checking what states are friendly.

Can Wisconsin National Guard CCW if they have a CCW License?

Civilian wise you are restricted by reciprocity laws that exist between Wisconsin and any state or country you are stationed in while on orders. Beyond that it is matter of what your command says whether you can CCW or even carry outside of duty. Check with your CoC.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Because he was rather CLEAR... you know the part where he says where he can carry when on duty/orders. That he responded to you is NOT telling at all, he acknowledged your clarification of a comment that was out of your depth of knowledge.

At the present time, the approval authority for CCW is the base commander.

And do you know if that is just for the base/Armory or while in uniform, I'll most definitely be checking with my CoC

Assuming this TAG memo from 2011 is still current the answer is NO for on duty.
Also this was the first google result

Off Duty / to and from duty Yes
On Duty Maybe, In the Michigan Guard the answer would be Yes.
