It seems that politics has seeped down to affect even the enlisted leadership in the Chain of Command. E-7's and above are worried about one of/or two things: getting ahead or not losing their jobs. Never mind what is right, never mind the junior enlisted who are left floating in the wind without guidance. I felt that pretty strongly at my last command. I was only an E-4 when we worked together and I can't say I felt it then, or maybe you just did your job well and kept it from reaching our level. From my perspective it seems that Senior Enlisted Leadership has a lot of shaping up to do and they need to figure it out quick. I have a lot more to say on the subject, enough that I've started a blog to help vent! thisnavylifeblog.wordpress.com PO1 Private RallyPoint Member Wed, 28 Jan 2015 16:12:39 -0500 2015-01-28T16:12:39-05:00 2015-01-25T21:58:33-05:00
