If I we have not already connected I can provide you a contact to better assist you.Response by SSgt John Wise made Jan 25 at 2020 9:28 PM2020-01-25T21:28:51-05:002020-01-25T21:28:51-05:00SN Harry Bryan5483513<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Thanks for the reply John. It seems that I saw a phone contact for vets to get loan counseling. Would you know about that?? I'm a bit of a loan dummy, as I've gone thru life [72 yrs] without ever having to borrow $$ for housing and have always built as I can afford it and was always proud of that fact, but I now find myself a little cash short, but waiting for some cash that will come in 4 months.Response by SN Harry Bryan made Jan 25 at 2020 9:41 PM2020-01-25T21:41:25-05:002020-01-25T21:41:25-05:00SPC Richard Zacke5507653<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="1702255" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/1702255-sn-harry-bryan">SN Harry Bryan</a> If I were you I'd call quicken loans they are very good and great to veterans. You will need to get a COE ( certificate of eligibility ) from the VA in your state or just call the main VA number. The people at Quicken can walk you through every thing and it's all done on-line, they even come to your home for the closing, just in case your a hermate or something ( that a joke ), they also go by Rocket loans same company. For me it was great because I was traveling to Hawaii at the time and if they needed something I would just scan it to my computer and email to them. I use to buy and sell houses so I've been through hundreds of closings and Quicken was by far the easiest and fastest. Good luck with your re-fi.Response by SPC Richard Zacke made Feb 1 at 2020 1:22 PM2020-02-01T13:22:07-05:002020-02-01T13:22:07-05:002020-01-22T22:39:13-05:00
