Does anyone know if the Tri-Service Hearing Technician Certification Course can be added to your ERB under military education?

There is a spreadsheet you can download from the ERB training site on AKO that has all 4500+ codes. If there is a PDSI SRR for it, then there is probably an ERB code for it.

I do not have it under my Mil Ed but I do have it on my ERB under Section I in the PDSI/YRMO block. The code is H2B

I realize I'm not conversant on current standards, but I had one standard I lived by when I served. You never get anything you want unless you pursue it, and any qualification or experience a serviceman has that has bearing on his ability to perform an assigned task is pertinent to his record. If inclusion in a serviceman's record is questionable, someone at higher levels will challenge it or direct it be removed and my response was "Why?". If the course is not considered pertinent, why does it exist and why does the Army certify it? The only question is which section of the record to enter it.
