While soldier was on terminal leave, command had HRC defer the QMP separation 6 month in order to conduct administrative separation board for misconduct. Soldier returned to duty stationed, board was conducted. As the six months approached, command again contacted HRC, this time had the QMP separation orders entirely rescinded and continued to process the soldier for misconduct. Can the Army defer QMP separation in order to conduct separation hearing for misconduct (unrelated to QMP decision)? 2017-06-04T02:38:07-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 2621770

Soldier was to be separated QMP. You're saying HRC did it, so it can be done. Now the entire QMP orders an rescinded?
I kinda hope this guy wins the admin separation board just to show a lesson of wasting time. Otherwise, they are wasting a lot of time, effort, and resources to achieve the same result.
