If you're asking about the "thumbs up" and "thumbs down", that another member liking or disliking your comment/post.

If you're asking about the overall rankings, get involved in RallyPoint. ;)

Either way, click on the down triangle in the top right hand of the screen and select "Leaderboard"...than click on "View My Influence Score Details". This will give you an idea how to raise your ranking within certain areas.

The two best ways to influence your score are: 1 invite and have accepted other military members you know. 2, By being a part of the community and posting, responding, and voting on discussions. The first relies on other people the second is all about you putting in the effort.

Try to steer away from negative comments that are not helpful to others as that will inspire thumbs down votes. Be mindful that everyone has an opinion and might not share younse
