I have never been in a S2 position until now, so its been a bit uphill to find out, what I need to add to my support form. Thank you in advanceCan someone provide a Battalion S2 OER example? What should go on my support form?2020-11-12T11:33:52-05:001st Lt Private RallyPoint Member6492168<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am a new Battalion S2 Officer and wanted to see if anyone had a sample OER that I can review to determine what I have to do with my support form. If you haven’t already had a conversation with your superiors, I would recommend that you start now. It shouldn’t be a guessing game when it comes to your career, especially as a junior officer. Counseling is extremely important and an integral part of leader development.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 12 at 2020 11:37 AM2020-11-12T11:37:41-05:002020-11-12T11:37:41-05:00LTC Private RallyPoint Member6492186<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>can't help you, I stopped doing OER support forms about 15 years ago when I started writing my own OERs. it's redundant. lolResponse by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 12 at 2020 11:41 AM2020-11-12T11:41:46-05:002020-11-12T11:41:46-05:002020-11-12T11:33:52-05:00
