If they have a funded job available, they can be a very good employer. The biggest risk is the not-for-profit losing funding and the job being deleted. There&#39;s a whole community of not-for-profit management folks. Some colleges offer not-for-profit management courses. Do some web search. You should find lots of information. But only the for profit schools have a financial incentive to hire recruiters.
