Can my unit conduct another HT and WT for me even though it hasn’t been 30 days?

Currently on the ABCP program and my understanding of the regulation is they have to wait 30 days between the next HT and WT.

The regulation says they need to document it once a month. It's like failing the PT test, your command can do a diagnostic PT test every day, nothing prevents them from doing that (I am not saying it's smart or they should). There is nothing from preventing them from weighting you once a week or every day.

Pretty sure it states approximately. There could be factors preventing the command from meeting a 30 day requirement. It should not be a big deal, it does not effect program standards.

Approximately 30 days. That is very different from WILL BE 30 days. So, to answer your question, yes they can.

Background info: I dropped from 10% to 3% and then hit 0.6% a week ago. My concern is if I was already weighed this month and showed progress and they weigh me again in the SAME month and I show no progress is if they can hold that against me.

I'm pretty sure that the command can conduct an HT and WT on you every day, multiple times a day, if the Commander desires., and about every 30 days the results will go in your file. The HT and WQT aren't being done as punishment. The command is being pro-active to make sure that you can successfully complete your contract. If weekly HT and WT's consistently indicate no progress or backtracking, corrective action can be taken sooner than later. Small corrections early beat the hell out of large corrections later EVERY time.

What gets inspected well, gets done well.

Those are the minimum requirements. They can check progress daily or weekly if they so choose. Commanders perogative.
