Depending on the state, you can get the divorce court dates pushed off until your return OR you can have a lawyer take care of it all for you. If children and property aren't involved, you might just want to hire a lawyer that can handle it so that it's done without you ever really having to deal with it.<br /><br />Painful, inconvenient and generally crappy, but yeah, nothing can stop your spouse from trying to be a dick if he wants to be.
