If you have questions you can address that with your units LIMDU coordinator and your LIMDU case worker at the hospital. That doesn't mean you have to bust out all of your medical documentation. HIPAA privacy is still a thing but that's why you have a basic sheet that shows your limitations/restrictions without going into indepth detail about your condition.Response by SSgt Christophe Murphy made Sep 9 at 2020 5:54 PM2020-09-09T17:54:04-04:002020-09-09T17:54:04-04:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member6295755<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>He's gonna need to know what you can/can't do at the moment.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 9 at 2020 5:59 PM2020-09-09T17:59:56-04:002020-09-09T17:59:56-04:00SGM Erik Marquez6295827<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>He does not need to know what meds your on unless they effect or could effect your duty performance <br />But he needs to know your medical limitations, your continuing medical needs.<br />Its what the 1Sg needs for immediate duty tasks and assignments as well as future from schools to deployments, to local and off site training.Response by SGM Erik Marquez made Sep 9 at 2020 6:14 PM2020-09-09T18:14:41-04:002020-09-09T18:14:41-04:00LCpl Private RallyPoint Member6295868<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Thank you all, everyone was a big help!
